Net neutrality repeal could affect how citizens get information

The Federal Communications Commission’s shift in how the government regulates the internet goes beyond political ideology or economic theory, potentially altering how we all operate in cyberspace in the United States.

The FCC’s new policy, known as “Restoring Internet Freedom,” which may be a misnomer, signals an abrupt shift in what has commonly been known as “net neutrality.”
